Full Journal pdf1999-05-19 Senate Journal Page 1671 SB 10 Message dated May 18 was read, stating the House passed and returned for consideration CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 10(FIN) with the following amendment: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 10(CRA) An Act requiring an electric or telephone utility that provides services in a municipality with a population of more than 200,000 to have an ongoing program of placing existing overhead utility distribution lines underground; and relating to rates for recovering the cost of placing existing overhead utility distribution lines underground. Senator Mackie moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?
